Delete your data

From the game

1. On Home, tap your avatar to open Staff ID.
2. Tap Delete online data and confirm.

The game removes your guest account, profile, leaderboard scores and Wall of Fame cloud backup. Games, settings and Rescue recovery records saved on your device are kept. Clear the Wall of Fame removes your pinned runs and run history from this device and, when connected, from your online guest profile; uninstalling removes the app’s local data.

Deletion needs an internet connection. The game tells you whether deletion completed, did not start, or may still be finishing. If it says deletion may still be finishing, do not submit it again. Your local games are kept.

Without the game

If you no longer have the game installed, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Big Lou & Co. data” and include your display name and roughly when you last played. Because guest accounts have no email or password, we may be unable to confirm which account is yours; if so, we will tell you. Online data is retained until it is deleted. Public profile fields and existing leaderboard entries can remain visible while the account is inactive.
