Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Big Lou & Co., a game published by Codiland Ltd. (“we”). By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Playing the game

Classic is free and unlimited. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute the game or its art, music and code, except where the law allows it.

Your profile

You choose your display name, which appears publicly on the leaderboard. Names must contain 2 to 24 characters and can be changed once every 7 days. Your country is optional and its flag is shown only when you turn it on.

Fair play

Leaderboard scores must come from games played in the app. Do not submit scores using modified apps, automation or exploits. Scores are submitted by the app; we do not independently verify every game. Leaderboards may reset or change while they are in beta.

Rescues and ads

A Rescue is optional and can be used at most once in an eligible run. It becomes available when the ad provider reports that you earned the reward, subject to the game’s eligibility and safety checks. Rescues have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If the provider does not report a reward, no new Rescue is granted. Play after a Rescue is scored separately as Encore and does not increase that run’s ranked Classic score.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the game and may change or remove features, including online features, at any time. Online features need an internet connection and may be unavailable during maintenance.

Ending use

You can stop playing at any time and delete your online data from Staff ID → Delete online data. We may suspend online features for a profile that breaks these terms.

No warranty

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We will update this page and the date at the top when these terms change.
