Common questions

I can’t hear anything. Music and sound effects start off. Turn them on in Settings, or with the sound button during a game.

How do I play? Press the board, slide to aim, and let go to drop. Faces of the same shape and size merge. Keep settled faces below the dashed line. Tap ? on Home to see the rules again.

Where did my run go? The game saves your current run on this device and resumes it next time. The current run does not move between devices; your Wall of Fame can have a private cloud backup.

My score is not on the leaderboard. Scores are sent when you are online; if you finished a run offline, the game sends it later. Check that the leaderboard is not in maintenance.

Can I change my name? Yes, in Staff ID, once every 7 days. Names must contain 2 to 24 characters.
